JK Educate joins Dukes Education and becomes Dukes Tutoring
Lorrae and Katie first met as class teachers in 1999 and went on to collaborate in various senior leadership roles, including SENCO and Deputy Headteacher. Their shared values and educational expertise shaped the foundation of Dukes Tutoring.
Dukes Tutoring was established in 2010, in response to growing parental confusion around the ever-changing education landscape. Due to limited access to clear guidance and informed advice, founders Lorrae Jaderberg and Katie Krais created Dukes Tutoring to provide expert guidance and personalised tutoring for families across London and beyond.
From early entrance exams like the 7+ to undergraduate-level support, Dukes Tutoring quickly became known for its high standards and student-centred approach. The consultancy also supported families relocating to the UK by helping them navigate the education system with confidence. Dukes Tutoring joined the Dukes Education family in 2022.
