Client Services Manager
Ruby is a Client Services Manager with over seven years of experience working at the forefront of the company, guiding families through their children’s academic journeys. She works closely with parents to understand each child’s individual needs and to identify the most appropriate support, always ensuring that students’ best interests remain at the centre of every decision. Ruby has built strong relationships with our tutors, enabling her to match each student appropriately.
Prior to this role, Ruby worked across both the primary and secondary education sectors and has also worked as a private tutor specialising in supporting students with English as an additional language and children with neurodiversity. She has assessed hundreds of students preparing for their 11+ examinations, giving her a strong understanding of a diverse range of learning styles and academic needs. This background enables her to provide informed, empathetic, and tailored guidance to families.
Favourite book: The Road by Cormac McCarthy
This is a powerful novel that I would recommend to KS4 and KS5 students. It explores survival, family and morality in a post-apocalyptic world, encouraging readers to think deeply about hope and humanity in the face of hardship. It is particularly well suited to students interested in philosophical ideas and modern literature.
