Client Services Executive
Susannah joined the team in 2016, initially working one-to-one with students as an academic assessment administrator, before moving into a full-time role in 2018. Since then, she has become a central part of the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the Dukes Tutoring team to ensure students and families are supported at every stage.
As a first point of contact for new families, Susannah plays a key role in creating a smooth and reassuring onboarding experience. She oversees the coordination of tutoring, assessments and events, ensuring clear communication between families and tutors, and keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Susannah particularly enjoys working directly with students across our assessment programmes and takes pride in helping them feel comfortable, confident and supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, Susannah is a mother and understands first-hand the importance of finding the right educational support for a child. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts and the theatre and travelling.
Susannah’s favourite book is The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse by Charlie Macksie. She has happy memories of reading ‘Can’t you sleep, little bear’ by Martin Waddell with her children.
