Tom Vy To

Tom is an Operations Manager at Dukes Tutoring, with four years of experience in operational management and international client support. In his role, he oversees day-to-day operations, manages cross-team processes, and ensures a consistently high standard of service for a global client base.

Previously, Tom spent three years teaching in China, working with children aged 3 to 13. This experience strengthened his cross-cultural communication skills and gave him a deep understanding of international education environments.

Tom holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Sussex and an MA in Corruption and Governance. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and has a strong interest in literature, with Cloud Atlas, The Great Gatsby, and Brideshead Revisited among his favourite novels.
