Louise

Louise Campbell is Schools Programme Manager at Dukes Tutoring, where she works closely with schools to develop and deliver educational programmes that empower young people to thrive at school and build the confidence, skills and resilience needed for future success. With a previous career in media, education and charity sectors, Louise brings extensive experience in relationship management, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement, alongside a deep understanding of the needs of schools, pupils and families.

Prior to joining Dukes Tutoring, Louise held a range of roles across education, school partnerships and wellbeing. As both a primary and SEN teacher, she supported children with a wide range of learning needs and led initiatives focused on wellbeing, personal development and inclusive learning. This experience enables her to build strong relationships with schools and support programmes that create meaningful and lasting impact for young people.

Louise holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Education from Kingston University and has undertaken further professional development in areas including mental health, counselling skills and safeguarding. She is passionate about child wellbeing, nurturing a lifelong love of learning and creating memorable educational experiences that empower young people to flourish in education, make informed choices about their futures and lead fulfilling lives.

Favourite book: The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini is a powerful and moving novel that I would recommend to KS4 and KS5 students. Set against the backdrop of a changing Afghanistan, it explores themes of friendship, loyalty, guilt and redemption, encouraging readers to reflect on the complexities of human relationships and the consequences of our choices. The novel offers valuable insights into different cultures and historical events, making it particularly well suited to students interested in social issues, history and modern literature.
