Sahana Kalam

Sahana is a Tutor Recruitment Coordinator at Dukes Tutoring and across Dukes Plus Consultancy, looking over interviewing and onboarding to ensure we have the best possible tutors who can guide our students to excellence. She also acts as the first point of contact for our tutors for any HR-related queries. She particularly enjoys getting to know our tutors’ backgrounds and what brought them to teaching.

Sahana holds a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge where she was involved in different access and widening participation projects. Academically, she is interested in sociological and political theory, especially post-structuralism.
