Allison

In July 2022, I took early retirement from full time classroom teaching, following 30 years of MFL teaching in London secondary schools. I have taught French and German from beginners to advanced level, including IB diploma (higher) as well as ab initio. I have also taught Italian GCSE. I have also taught adult learners, both beginners and advanced. I am fully up to speed with the requirements of the main exam boards for French and German GCSE and A level, including the syllabus for the new MFL GCSE for 2026. I have a range of relevant and stimulating materials for the successful delivery of MFL tuition at all levels. I pride myself on being a very patient, empathetic and calm teacher. I have received five star, glowing reviews from past and present tutees.
