I am a former Secondary Headteacher, international teacher and founder of iCollege Life with more than 12 years of teaching and school leadership experience across the UK and Spain. I tutor Business, History and the Humanities across GCSE, iGCSE, A Level and IB, and I also have experience with Theory of Knowledge and flexible US High School Diploma / AP pathways. My approach is calm, direct and highly personalised. I first try to understand how a student thinks, where the gaps are and what outcome they are working towards. Lessons combine strong subject understanding with exam technique, clear written argument and increasing independence. I do not want students to become dependent on tutoring; the aim is to help them become more confident and capable learners. Before moving into education, I was a professional tennis player who represented Great Britain and later a WTA touring coach. That background is particularly useful when working with student-athletes and young people balancing academic expectations with high-performance commitments.
